adequate, but some issues noticed

The air conditioning did not work . I was quite cold. the rooms are super small. the shared bathroom had a sign saying it was for both men and women. the toilets were only for men. this was strange and inconvenient.

they did accommodated my late check in and i got clear instructions.
the room was super small. the futons not provide any comfort, and the pillows had a moldy smell to them. that smell was also present in the entire room, i think is the humidity.

the location is convenient. minowa station is an 11 minute walk. the ofuro was only a flight up on the 4th floor and i used it each night.
the rooms are so so tiny. i can't imagine how bigger sized europeans and americans feel. i struggled even with my size for two regular asians. the drilling was a rather unpleasant experience.

clear directionsmiso soup
the staff helped me navigate the subway system with clear directions the breakfast included miso soup it was a nice way to start my day. the building had a jacuzzi i enjoyed relaxing there after a long day of sightseeing.
the walls were thin i could sometimes hear noise from other rooms
